With over a decade of experience, she specializes in working with adults and adolescents on issues such as eating disorders, relationship issues, and anxiety. Rochelle earned her Master's Degree in Integral Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies in San Francisco and has interned at community counseling centers, providing therapy for a range of issues. She also has experience in play therapy and group therapy, and is passionate about empowering individuals to love and accept themselves. Rochelle currently has a full-time private practice in Alameda and San Francisco, offering in-person and virtual sessions for individuals, couples, and groups. She also provides supervision to therapists in training. Her approach is relational psychodynamic, humanistic-existential, and transpersonal, and she strives to help clients live more fully and genuinely.
