Robert F. Belknap, MD, MPH, FAAP is a board-certified general pediatrician and developmental-behavioral pediatrician, formerly Vice-Chief of Pediatrics at Park Nicollet Medical Center in Minneapolis and Regional Pediatric Director for the Health Center Division of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts.
