Founded in 1987, the practice has provided practical, professional, and personal growth opportunities for children, adults, and their families. With their innovative approach, they are dedicated to transforming the lives of the individuals and families they serve through the delivery of person-centered services. RISE provides services that support children, adults, and families throughout Oregon, with a focus on creating opportunities for and with people. Their services have expanded to support adults and children with highly diverse support needs in a wide variety of homes and community-based settings. RISE has eight offices across the state, including Salem, Albany, Eugene, Roseburg, Bend, Pendleton, and La Grande, and currently serves over 1,200 customers each year with the help of about 850 employees.
