Founded in 1987, the practice has provided practical, professional, and personal growth opportunities for children, adults, and their families. With an innovative approach, RISE Services, Inc. is dedicated to transforming the lives of the individuals and families they serve through the delivery of person-centered services. Their services have expanded from moving individuals living in institutions to family settings into supporting adults and children with highly diverse support needs in a wide variety of homes and community-based settings. RISE Services, Inc. works in 16 counties and has eight offices across the state, including Salem, Albany, Eugene, Roseburg, Bend, Pendleton, and La Grande. They currently serve over 1,200 customers each year and have about 850 employees. The practice believes in person-centered supports, meeting individuals right where they are, and building on their strengths. They also believe in partnering with families to provide individualized care for their loved ones and in the intrinsic power of vocation, both for their employees and those they serve.
