With their innovative approach, they are dedicated to transforming the lives of the individuals and families they serve through the delivery of person-centered services. Their services have expanded from moving individuals living in institutions to family settings into supporting adults and children with highly diverse support needs in a wide variety of homes and community-based settings. RISE supports people with intellectual and developmental disabilities through residential services, day programs, employment assistance, managed care, and home or community-based services. They also support both children and families with services such as foster care, professional parenting, adoption, kinship care, after-school and summer programs, behavior supports, and mental health services. Their Early Intervention Services are for children under the age of three with a significant developmental delay or established condition and include Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Developmental Specialties. RISE has locations throughout Arizona, Florida, Idaho, Missouri, Oregon, and Utah.
