Horizon Therapy Associates accepts Aetna, BlueCross and BlueShield, Cigna and Evernorth, Medicare, Optum, Sunflower Health Plan, and has in-network providers with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Medicare Part B, and KanCare (Medicaid). Out-of-network insurances can be utilized using a super bill.
