At RHA Health Services, we specialize in providing comprehensive services and support for adults with disabilities in Tennessee. Our TennCare CHOICES program delivers services for adults with physical disabilities and elderly individuals. Our IDD services offer a person-centered approach, tailored to individual needs, to help people reach their goals and live meaningful lives. We believe in providing meaningful connections to the community to help our clients reach their fullest potential.
