Resource Education Solutions

Resource Education Solutions was founded by Richard Kaplan, M.Ed., Sp. Ed., who has been providing special education advocacy and guidance for individuals and families to better understand their learning issues and navigate the education system for over 35 years. Richard’s graduate studies in Cognitive Therapy/Special Education began in the 1970s at Florida State University, where he was chosen to participate in an exclusive program to train educators in a new approach to address special education needs. Richard’s method of identifying individual cognitive abilities and combining them with cognitive therapy has proven to yield more effective and lasting results in the learning process. At Resource Education Solutions, our mission is to provide quality assistance to those in need of special education advocacy and guidance.
