Remarkable Services accepts Aetna, Alameda Alliance for Health, Contra Costa Health plan, Health Plan of San Mateo, Molina Healthcare, TRICARE, Veteran Care Agreement, and Out of Network insurance plans. They also accept PPO's and private pay on a sliding scale.
