Rise Mental Health and Wellness is a welcoming, holistic, and collaborative therapy practice created to help women navigate life’s transitions and reclaim their sense of balance and belonging. The practice, led by Regan Rhodes, offers individual therapy sessions virtually for women across North Carolina, as well as a limited number of in-person sessions in Asheville, NC. Regan Rhodes is passionate about walking alongside women through every season of growth, whether that means navigating the stress of the teen years, college and early adulthood, managing the pressures of career and relationships, moving through the identity shifts of motherhood, or rediscovering joy after burnout. At Rise Mental Health and Wellness, therapy is the first step toward healing, and connection is at the heart of the journey.
