Initially established as Fresh Roots Family Counseling in 2015, the practice underwent a name change in 2022 to Refresh Counseling under the ownership and leadership of Shawn Kispert and Kerry Underwood. They are committed to serving and equipping individuals in every season of life. The practice's experienced counselors are trained in various therapeutic modalities, including Play Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, EMDR, and Sex Addiction Therapy, among others. Refresh Counseling strives to provide a comfortable and safe environment for clients to address their challenges and facilitate growth and change.
