They provide individual, relationship, and family therapy for youth ages 12-25, specializing in assisting youth with gender identity and sexual orientation exploration, as well as treating other mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, and pervasive trauma. Reclaim engages in community events and offers training and consultation services to help partners improve their ability to work with queer and trans folks. They offer equity-based sliding scale pricing for all their services and have a team that works from home at least part-time. Reclaim's mission is to increase access to mental health care for queer and trans youth so they may reclaim their lives from oppression in all its forms. They are located at 2446 University Ave W, Suite 104 in St. Paul, Minnesota, and can be reached by phone at (612) 235-6743 or by email at info@reclaim.care. They are open Monday through Friday from 9:00AM to 6:00PM, primarily by appointment, and closed on weekends.
