Rebekah's approach is holistic, focusing on healing from within the mind and body. She incorporates elements from nature, yoga, and integrative medicine to enhance her clients' discovery of what is most empowering for them. In her practice, Rebekah encourages clients to bring their fullest selves to sessions, creating a safe and non-judgmental space for growth and exploration.
