She is a Certified Brainspotting Therapist and uses this technique to help clients overcome trauma and anxiety. Additionally, she has advanced training in the Gottman Method for couples and is a Certified Group Psychotherapist. Rebecca's goal is to help clients weather life's struggles, gain self-awareness, and develop new strengths to make better choices and live according to their values.
