The Healing Effect is a team of licensed counselors, social workers, marriage and family therapists who provide compassionate, evidence-based counseling in Phoenix, Scottsdale, and Mesa. They help children, teens, adults, couples, and families with anxiety, trauma, depression, ADHD, eating disorders, and LGBTQIA+ affirming care. Their licensed therapists use a wide range of evidence-based approaches, including EMDR, Brainspotting, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). They offer in-person therapy at five convenient Phoenix metro locations and statewide telehealth sessions. The Healing Effect is committed to client-centered care that respects each client's unique needs and story.
