Inner Light Therapy, led by Rayna Milner, LMFT, empowers clients to strengthen their sense of self through exploration of values, boundary work, emotional regulation, and deepening of the body mind connection. Clients gain a deeper understanding of their uniqueness. Rayna supports clients as they explore and embrace their individual values, needs, and wants, helping to strengthen one's sense of self, boundaries, communication skills, and emotional regulation. With a specialization in neurodivergence, the Queer community, body image, eating disorders, religious trauma, and intimacy issues, Rayna provides a unique approach to therapy. She offers both virtual and in-person sessions for clients living in Oklahoma, with a rate of $150 per 50-minute session. Inner Light Therapy is located in Edmond, Oklahoma, at 1601 S. State Street #475.
