Established in 1965, Range Mental Health Center Inc. (RMHC) is a pioneering rural mental health center dedicated to providing specialized care and services to individuals and families affected by mental illness. We serve the community of Northeastern Minnesota and are located in the Gov. Rudy Perpich Building. Our highly trained professionals are committed to providing comprehensive, individualized care and support to those in need. We focus on delivering integrated and evidence-based services, as well as offering educational, preventative, and supportive services. Our goal is to ensure that those with mental health issues can live fulfilling, independent lives. We are proud to be the first rural community mental health center in the United States and the first in Minnesota to provide services specifically designed for persons with serious and persistent mental illness.
