Rae Anne is licensed to practice psychology in the state of Wisconsin and is Authorized to Practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology (APIT), an authorization granted by the PSYPACT Commission that allows its holders to practice telepsychology across state lines. She has a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and has held various leadership roles, including Executive Director, Clinical Director, and Clinical Supervisor at a large behavioral health organization. With a passion for expanding access to care, Rae Anne has pioneered innovative programs, including an adolescent trauma recovery partial hospitalization program, a serious and persistent mental illness intensive outpatient program, and a military, veteran, and first responder-focused intensive outpatient program. She has dedicated much of her career to improving mental health care for underserved populations, especially people affected by trauma. An Operational Iraqi Freedom Veteran with nine years of service in the U.S. Army National Guard, Dr. Ho Fung is an advocate for military and veteran mental health. She has received numerous honors, including the prestigious Pat Tillman Scholar Award, and has contributed extensively to research, publications, and community outreach.
