With over 6 years of experience in crisis intervention, including working with clients struggling with suicidal ideation, self-harm, and family and relational conflict, Rachel provides individual, family, and parenting counseling. Her approach is strengths-based and client-centered, utilizing various therapy models, including play therapy, art therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Rachel is dedicated to building a strong therapeutic relationship with each client, tailoring treatment to meet their unique needs.
