Rachel uses a mix of tools, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), play therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed techniques to help clients work through challenges in a way that fits their personality, values, and goals. With a genuine and compassionate nature, Rachel creates a safe and supportive environment for her clients to feel more grounded, empowered, and hopeful. She earned her Master’s in Social Work from the University of Michigan and is certified in DBT, with additional training in play therapy and IFS. Rachel specializes in treating anxiety, depression, and mood disorders, and is committed to helping her clients build coping skills and create meaningful changes in their lives.
