About
Rachel specializes in working with individuals who have experienced traumatic or highly distressing events, struggle with low self-esteem and feelings of not being “good enough,” face relational difficulties, and experience anxiety and depression. She has extensive experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, ages, and cultures, and is LGTBQ+ affirming. Rachel's approach is trauma-informed, and she uses evidence-based techniques to equip clients with tools to build healthier coping mechanisms. She is also trained in EMDR Therapy, which she uses to help clients process distressing and traumatic experiences. The practice has two convenient locations in Greater Orlando, and Rachel is now accepting clients for in-person and virtual sessions. She is passionate about helping individuals navigate complex emotions and improve their quality of life.
