About
Rachel Newman supports clients in processing their experiences, understanding how those experiences have shaped their world, and finding value in who they are as a result of their story so far. Focusing on generalized anxiety, social anxiety, grief and loss, trauma, and self-worth, identity, and purpose, Rachel views all therapeutic work through a trauma-informed lens. She utilizes Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), EMDR, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) as her primary treatment modalities. With a goal of helping clients find freedom from the weight of unprocessed trauma and develop the skills needed to care for their mental health, Rachel aims to provide a supportive environment for individuals to explore their experiences and find value in their story.
