With over a decade of experience working in various settings, including nonprofits, outpatient offices, schools, research labs, and residential programs, Rachel is well-equipped to address a range of mental health needs. She is a member of the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals and the National Association of Social Workers, and holds certificates in Trauma and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy. Rachel's goal is to help her patients balance their mental health and achieve a better quality of life.
