Rachel has 8 years of experience in the mental health field working with individuals and families from a variety of cultural backgrounds. She has successfully worked with clients healing from PTSD/Trauma, Relationship Issues, Anxiety, Depression, and more. Rachel uses approaches such as Dialectical (DBT), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS) in her practice. She is committed to creating a safe space for her clients to work through their challenges and build the life they want to live.
