With a background in hospitality management and a Master's degree in Social Work from Portland State University, Rachel brings a unique perspective to her practice. She has experience with DBT, CBT, and ACT, and works with both neurodivergent and neurotypical clients in individual and group settings. Rachel's approach is trauma-informed and culturally sensitive, and she believes in personalizing therapy to meet each client's unique needs. She is committed to helping clients establish their personal values, understand their strengths, and practice self-reflection in a kind and accountable way.
