R.I.S.E. Physical Therapy | Escondido

At R.I.S.E. Physical Therapy, we are dedicated to providing quality care while prioritizing the health and safety of our patients, staff, and providers. We are implementing social distancing, limiting the number of patients in the clinic, and mandating the use of PPE by all staff and providers in accordance with CDC and WHO guidelines. All patients in the clinic are also required to wear face coverings or masks. Our one-on-one model of treatment reduces the need for in-clinic exposure and we offer telehealth visits for those at high-risk or presenting any signs of sickness.
