Project SEARCH Ohio | University Hospitals Parma Medical Center is a unique and business-led transition-to-work program that focuses on helping young people with disabilities make successful transitions to adulthood. Our one-year employment preparation program takes place entirely at the workplace and works to equip young people with the skills they need to be successful and productive members of society. We are committed to providing a comprehensive, individualized approach that helps our participants reach their full potential and pursue their career aspirations. Our comprehensive program includes job exploration and skill development, job coaching, internships, and support for post-secondary education.
