Project SEARCH Ohio at Soin Medical Center is a business-led one-year employment preparation program that helps young people with disabilities make successful transitions to adult life. Our program takes place entirely at the workplace, providing participants with real-world job-training experiences. Our mission is to help individuals with disabilities gain the skills and confidence to reach their full potential in the workplace. We focus on providing personalized support to each individual, and strive to create a safe and inclusive environment that promotes independence, self-advocacy, and growth. Through our program, we empower participants to take control of their future and become active, productive members of the community.
