Project SEARCH Ohio | Otterbein Retirement Community is a unique and business-led employment preparation program dedicated to assisting young people with disabilities make successful transitions to adulthood. Our one-year program takes place entirely at the workplace, and our goal is to provide the necessary resources for these individuals to become productive members of society. With our experienced team and targeted approach, we strive to empower those with disabilities to achieve their full potential.
