Project SEARCH Ohio | Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office is an innovative, business-oriented employment preparation program that provides young individuals with disabilities an opportunity to transition into productive adult life. For one year, this program will take place in the workplace and offer participants real-world experience and skills to build a successful career. Our mission is to help individuals with disabilities reach their fullest potential by helping them gain the necessary skills to become independent and self-sufficient. We strive to provide our participants with a supportive environment, necessary resources, and the confidence to make their transition to the adult workforce.
