The Progressive Center for Independent Living (PCIL) is a private not-for-profit community-based organization dedicated to providing programs and services to people with disabilities and advocating for their rights. Founded in 1996 by individuals with disabilities and family members of people with disabilities, PCIL aims to promote choice, self-direction, and inclusion.
