With a degree in Psychology from North Carolina State University and a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling and School Counseling from Webster University, Ms. Sheth has a strong foundation in counseling and psychology. Her treatment approach focuses on helping individuals build on their strengths and utilize their skills and resources to discover solutions and positive coping strategies. Priya Sheth works with clients to address a wide range of life challenges and psychological issues in a confidential, non-judgmental atmosphere. She utilizes various theories, concepts, and tools from Client-Centered Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Play Therapy, and Art Therapy to create an individualized counseling environment. With a flexible schedule to accommodate clients' needs, Priya Sheth is currently accepting new clients and is located in Cary, NC, at 1135 Kildaire Farm Road, Suite 200. Clients who prefer not to use insurance may pay out of pocket, with fees varying based on the length of the session and the therapist's fee schedule.
