Preston Thomas, MD, is the Director of the Neuropsychology Service at Stony Brook University Hospital. He specializes in the evaluation and treatment of individuals with neurological, developmental, and psychiatric disorders. Dr. Thomas is highly experienced in providing comprehensive neuropsychological assessments for a variety of conditions, such as traumatic brain injury, neurodegenerative diseases, movement disorders, learning disabilities, and other cognitive deficits. He is also experienced in providing cognitive rehabilitation, psychological intervention, and therapeutic strategies to improve quality of life. Dr. Thomas prides himself on providing respectful and comprehensive care to all of his patients. He is dedicated to helping individuals and families find solutions to their neurological, developmental, and psychological needs.
