At Prestera Center, we provide a wide range of services to help children, adults and families in Putnam County. From general outpatient services to more intensive care, our services include service coordination, respite care, agency residential habilitation services, community residential habilitation services, adult companion services, QMRP services, nursing services, day habilitation services, pre-vocational services, supported employment services and transportation services. We also offer the Medicaid Waiver program, which serves individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or developmental delays, and our Day Habilitation program, which helps individuals model, coach and train new skills. Furthermore, we provide Family Support Services to assist families with members with a qualified developmental disability living in their natural home. Our admission criteria requires a diagnosis of an intellectual disability or related condition. Come to Prestera Center for all your family’s needs!
