Prestera Center is an organization dedicated to providing a broad range of services, from general outpatient care to specialized services for more intensive care, to individuals, children, adults, and families in Lincoln County. We provide a Medicaid Waiver program, Day Habilitation services, Family Support services, and other services approved by the West Virginia Office of Behavioral Health Services. Our goal is to help improve the quality of life and enhance independence for those with intellectual disabilities, developmental delays, and severe and persistent mental illness. We also strive to provide support and resources for families with members living with a qualified developmental disability. Admission criteria are outlined in the Title XIX MR/DD Waiver Manual, and approval for services must be obtained by APS Healthcare.
