PACT offers improvisational theatre workshops that help develop social and communication skills in people with autism and other special needs. Their workshops include individuals with disabilities, as well as volunteers who act as peer mentors, promoting a feeling of equality and encouraging creativity, social skills, and career development. PACT's programs are designed to serve people with autism, but everyone is welcome to attend. They provide in-person and online workshops, including virtual improvisational theatre workshops via Zoom, and have a strong focus on accessibility, with their in-person workshops located at Dance North County, an accessible facility. PACT's mission is to empower individuals and create community through the performing arts.
