Pineland Behavioral Health / Developmental Disabilities is a public, not-for-profit community-based organization that helps individuals with mental illness, developmental disabilities, and addiction challenges to live more full and productive lives. With over 33 locations in their 8-county service area, Pineland provides a range of services, including outpatient mental health counseling, acute stabilization and detoxification, psychosocial rehabilitation, peer, residential services, day and evening substance abuse treatment, and developmental disabilities services. Pineland is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) and is currently implementing a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) service delivery model, designed to serve individuals in need of care, regardless of their ability to pay.
