Clinic in the Park offers a replicable pediatrician-led strategy to integrate community health into the health care system with the aim of improving health outcomes and reducing costs. The initial planning and implementation of the Clinic was financially supported through an American Academy of Pediatrics CATCH (Community Access to Child Health) grant.
