Peyton's therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing from various techniques such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Multicultural Therapy, and Trauma-Focused CBT.
