People Inc. is a non-profit health and human services agency providing support for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families, as well as health care services, senior services, and affordable housing. Founded in 1970, the agency has grown to employ nearly 5,000 dedicated staff members, offering a diverse array of programs and services for people of all ages and abilities. People Inc. serves thousands of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, members of the Deaf and hard of hearing community, families, and seniors throughout Western New York and the Greater Rochester region. Their services include early intervention, parent support, respite care, social skills training, and more. With a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, People Inc. strives to create communities where all people have the opportunity to live their best lives.
