Pennsylvania Health Law Project (PHLP) is a Harrisburg-based legal aid organization with a mission to protect and advance health care rights. With over 25 years of experience, PHLP has provided legal counseling and representation to thousands of individuals from Pennsylvania, helping them get and keep health care coverage and services. In addition to individual case representation, PHLP also advocates for policy changes and engages in community education to help build capacity among healthcare consumers, providers, and other advocates. As the oldest and only legal aid group in Pennsylvania, PHLP is dedicated to ensuring that all individuals have equal access to quality health care.
