With 29 years of experience counseling families and couples, Paula founded Chrysalis Clinical Supervision and Training in 2009 to support the professional development of psychotherapists, including social workers, family therapists, counselors, psychologists, and psychiatrists. Paula's approach focuses on the mind/body connection, using action methods from psychodrama to deepen clinical work and teach key concepts. She offers clinical supervision, consultation, and training to individuals and agencies, and has presented numerous workshops and conferences nationally and locally. Paula's goal is to help clinicians develop self-knowledge, spontaneity, and effective interventions to improve their work with clients.
