Paul V. Sherlock Center on Disabilities, a University Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities (UCEDD) and Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and Related Disabilities (LEND) Program, was founded in 1993 at Rhode Island College. Our mission is to advance policies, practices, and research that improve the health, education, social, and economic wellbeing of people with disabilities, their families, and their communities. We strive to create an inclusive environment where all individuals are respected, supported, and empowered.
