With over thirty years of therapy experience, Paul provides a wide lens perspective to problems, quickly assessing complex issues and implementing proven strategies. His services focus on broadening emotional capacities, expanding psychological awareness, and applying strategic thinking to problems at hand. Within a professional, safe, and confidential setting, healing and growth occur. Paul's approach is informed by Relational and Attachment therapy, and he offers a 'Greet and Meet' to ensure a good fit between the client and his services. He addresses a range of conditions, including childhood traumas, relational conflict, anger in the family, addictive and compulsive behaviors, and personal anxiety and depression. Paul also provides public speaking and training services, delivering pragmatic content with warmth and humor.
