Foreign Service community, provides teletherapy to children, teens, college students, young adults, adults, and families. Their goal is to help clients build stronger relationships, navigate difficult times, and achieve balance in life. They specialize in supporting parents and children, addressing common struggles such as ADHD, social skills deficits, stress, anxiety, and relationship challenges. With a relationship and strength-based approach, they incorporate various therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Trauma Informed Care, and Bowen family systems theory. Ryan Family Therapy is led by Pat Ryan, a licensed clinical social worker with experience working with children and families in Boston Public Schools and a residential treatment center. He is licensed in New York, Washington D.C., Virginia, and Massachusetts, and provides teletherapy to clients in these states, as well as to Foreign Service Officers and EFMs abroad under Chief of Mission Authority.
