Partners Resource Network | Path Project is a federally funded Parent Training and Information Center (PTI) providing resources and services to parents of children and youth with disabilities ages 0-26. Our team of regional coordinators are here to help Texas families living in ESC regions 2-6 understand their child’s disability, understand their rights and responsibilities under IDEA, and obtain and evaluate resources and services for their child. We assist parents in being an active team member in planning services for their child and provide guidance and support throughout the process.
