For over 67 years, PARC’s Discovery Learning Center (DLC) has been committed to providing quality early intervention services, individualized therapy, and an expansive early educational curriculum to children across the community. Our team of highly trained EEIC educators understand the importance of every early experience in a child’s life, and strive to positively impact their development and educational success.
