PA Connecting Communities, a 2022 Post-Gazette Top Workplace Award Winner, is a state-certified provider that has been empowering individuals with disabilities and providing opportunities to improve their quality of life for the last 15 years. They offer services to meet the diverse needs of individuals with various disabilities, including intellectual and autism difficulties. PA Connecting Communities serves an estimated 3000 individuals across seven counties and partners with over 6000 individuals, families, school districts, and other providers. They listen to the unique voices of their participants, their families, and caregivers and provide programs that meet their needs and choices.
