Established in 1980, they provide a range of services, from center-based classrooms to home-based services, full day or half day classes, home visits, parent involvement, health and nutrition, education, mental health, and family services. Their vision is to educate and empower every child and family they serve to grow a thriving community of resilient, safe, healthy, economically secure, and school-ready individuals. They currently serve over 399 children and their families in Klamath and Lake counties each year, and receive their program funding through the Department of Health and Human Services Office of Head Start, and the Oregon Department of Education (ODE).
