At Head Start of Harney County, we provide comprehensive early childhood education services to children ages 0-5. Our program is based on the federal Head Start and Oregon Pre-Kindergarten (OPK) programs that promote school readiness of young children from low-income families by enhancing their cognitive, social and emotional development.
